My cat has a belly mass, lost weight. Is her sneezing serious?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 8 years and 10 months old | 9 lbs
My cat was diagnosed on Friday with a mass in her belly. She has lost a lot of weight. I have her scheduled for an ultrasound on Monday. Starting yestreday she started sneezing and now has a runny nose. Should I be concerned about this?

The upper respiratory signs are likely from stress after the Vet visit Friday. The most common cause is from a virus. Also her immune system is likely poor due to her condition. Since you are going back Monday have the Vet check her and see if she needs antibiotics.
