My dog is sneezing with a raw, bleeding nose/mouth. What should I do?

My dog keeps sneezing and the soft part of his upper mouth under his nose is raw and bleeds... Can you tell me what to do

I suspect Uggy may have allergies causing facial irritation and sneezing. He may also have an infection on his muzzle if he is rubbing or scratching it. I would recommend a vet visit to determine the cause of his lesions and sneezing and get the approriate medications to help.
