Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this food for dramatically reducing hairballs and delivering exceptional palatability. Nearly all reviewers report their cats love the taste and show noticeable improvements in hairball control, with many noting their cats previously coughing up hairballs weekly now experience few or none. Long-haired breeds like Maine Coons benefit significantly. Customers frequently observe improved coat shine and overall vitality. Many report this is the only food their cats will eat, showing strong, consistent acceptance. A very small number mention minor concerns, but these are vastly outweighed by positive feedback.

Stops having to always clean up throw up

My Kitten had a lot of digestive issues and I bought the science diet hairball control a few years ago. This stuff works, no more hairballs. I do mix it with pumpkin and the two together make a wonderful combination. I was worried and frustrated with the excessive amount of nasty throw up my cat was experiencing. My cat is 14 now, healthy and happy!

My cat loves this food! It must taste good. It is pretty smelly but kitty loves the scent of it. Packaging is easy to store. I have noticed his hair balls have decreased a lot!

Our cat enjoys the Hairball Control

Our Freddie has been enjoying the adult hairball formula since she transitioned from kitten food. Never acts bored with it. We have to feed her several tiny meals a day since she is one that eats too much at a time if given the opportunity. An investment in an automatic feeder was definitely worth it - she has ten meals a day, some are double the size of the others, but still fairly small. She often saves half for later and has only had one hairball incident in many months.

Rare hairballs!

After meticulously looking at all the fiber content of all the big brands “hairball control” I landed on this one and my Toast has been on it for 2 years and gets maybe 1-2 hairballs a year. Total game changer. Her coat is shiny and healthy and she’s a good weight. Only thing is be prepared for you cat to poop a bit more due to the fiber content but it’s solid healthy poop atleast.

Questions

1 - 1 of 1 Questions

What shape does the food come in, round, triangle or stars

  1. Used Hills for four years. Bought large bag. Stored in our air to light container. Threw out bag. Cats refused food. Change in size of kibble. Too large. Strange but I bought another bag. Felt bag for size. Smaller kibble. Ok with cats. Advised customer service. Not satisfied with response.
