Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this food for restoring appetite and energy in dogs with kidney disease, heart conditions, and PLN, with many reporting their pets finally eating enthusiastically after refusing other prescription diets. Reviewers highlight the real whole-food formulation and tailored low-protein recipes as key reasons for success where kibble alternatives failed. Some customers report their dogs refused the food or experienced vomiting, and a few mention recent price increases as a concern. Despite these drawbacks, most consider it a life-changing option when other medical diets have failed.

Incompetence

I ordered Just Food Renal Support because my dog needed it. The same day I ordered it I was told by email they were waiting for my veterinarians approval. Not true - they sent the request the next day. My vet approved the food and 3 days later they said they were still waiting for veterinarian approval - NOT TRUE. I ended up canceling the order. Ordered the same food at Amazon and my dog had her food in 2 days. Incompetence. I will not order from Petco again.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Petco, stop asking me to review things that I didn't receive due to a problem/issue/mistake on your end. Or do you want me to go off? Because I will.

Finally, the Just Food for Dogs was on sale! That was a nice surprise, since I have to buy the prescription food for my dog. I loaded up so much that the bag was extremely heavy, and I really appreciated that Kelli at the register offered to carry it out to my car for me. Always a friendly, helpful staff at Petco.

No, I do not recommend this product.
