I have 2 boy Russian blues adult males and they love it. I love the fact you don't have a cat stinky smell. Helps with order control. Would definitely recommend this. The cleanness and accessibility are great. Last time I went to the hospital I was in for 6 days and I'm there one that cleans the box so my husband never thought of doing it. So when I got home I had a lot of kitty mess to clean. So the convince of this in case something like that happens again is great. I clean their box every time they use it so they have a nice clean over so it will help a lot

I bought this just under two years ago because I had a great experience with this brand and an older model (crystal). It has NEVER worked correctly, no app notifications, terrible cleaning, finicky sensors. It finally won't clear the "full bin" error at all and PetSafe agreed to replace it if I could send them the receipt, which I no longer have. As usual PetCo customer service is absolute garbage. Called customer service and they can't find the transaction, instructed me to go to the store, store says they can only reprint within 90 days. Customer service then said they could look it up but there is no transaction in my account. I've spent thousands of dollars with this company and they cant find a transaction from less than two years ago? Do not waste your time with this absolutely garbage product, and if you do, DO NOT buy it from this absolute garbage company.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Worst litter box ever, a complete waste of money. Save yourself the hassle, you’d be far better off purchasing a different litter box… Who in their right mind would create this piece of garbage? Everything about this item goes against the whole purpose of why an automatic self cleaning litter box was even created as a concept.

I have owned several automated liter boxes over the last 15 years. They all have/had problems. I have owned this litter box for about a year now. It is about average. The good: The odor control is good since it usually dumps the clumps into a closed tray.The cleaning system is decent, but mine no longer levels the sand properly. The Bad: The liter tray area is too small. When the cat does not center its back side on the liter, the poo lands on the plastic/rubber side area. If a poo gets stuck, it will sometimes drop the clump outside the liter box. The tub is not easy to clean and you will need to do it at least once per week. A tub of Clorox non-bleach wipes helps with the little poo smears. The most annoying problem is that is gets stuck. You have to manually unplug and restart the box. If you do not check the box everyday, you will end up with a mess. You do need to check frequently as the clumping liter needs to be refilled since the tray area only holds a small amount of liter. Last issue is the liter escapes the box out of the front due to the cat kicking it and sometimes because the cats pile is push to the front. When spinning to collect the clumps, the liter is pushed or spills out the front.

Mine randomly decided to flash the WiFi button though I have never connected to it and now it isn’t cleaning itself nothing I press or unplug and plug back in has worked. Do I have to connect to it now? If so, how do I do that?

Does anyone have a problem with the silicone mat shifting when it’s emptying? I was gone for 1.5 days came home to the mat halfway covering the area it’s supposed to cover which caused litter to get everywhere. Fun clean up, thankfully I think I returned.

so when it cleans and it’s time for it to spin back for the liter to go back my litter box like glitches and it dosent spin and makes a lot of knocking noises I’m not sure if it’s broken or what not .Ive already took it apart and redid it.
