Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this litter for excellent clumping, minimal dust, and effective odor control. The fine grain texture appeals to cats of all ages—kittens, seniors, and previously reluctant cats readily accept it, making it ideal for multi-cat households. Reviewers consistently note firm, easy-to-scoop clumps that don't fall apart, with many highlighting the unscented herbal formula that neutralizes odors without artificial perfumes. A few mention odor diminishing after a week or minor tracking, though most consider these minor trade-offs. Overall, customers strongly recommend it.

Customer Care

Thank you for your review! We're delighted to hear your new kitten adjusted so quickly. It's always great when a product makes the transition into a new home a little easier, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.

I initially started my Kitten on this then moved to arm and hammer slide. My most recent order of Arm and hammer was so dusty, my cat left dust trails all over the house. I decided to come back to So Phresh and had zero issues with dust so far. My kitten also loves it and it's unscented which is better for them. I also like the Ziplock bags for easy clean storage. My only gripe is he does track a small amount each use but it's a thousand times better than the dust storm Arm and hammer left on my floors and furniture.

Yes, I recommend this product.

My favorite litter - it's more fine/less coarse than all others, and clumps especially well. It also seems to keep the smell at bay slightly more than all other litters I've tried. Foster kittens and cats have readily used it. Plus, it's a good, economical buy, supports Petco and is easy to order and get speedy home delivery.

One of my cats is very particular about her litter. I have tried everything. This is the first litter that she has consistently used without any issue. I did notice that there is slightly more first when putting the litter into the litter box, but after the initial add, the dust is gone exponentially better than many other litters I have tried with her. My automatic litterboxes don’t seem to have any issue with this litter, which is also a plus.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I really liked this litter! Although it came in a plastic bag, it didn't leak all over the place like the litter that comes in the paper box, and poured into my Litter Robot easily. It doesn't have a scent and is much finer than my typical litter, but it clumps well without any Litter Robot issues. My cat did not have any issues whatsoever using this new litter.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I don’t know about the herbal attractants because my cats don’t usually have issues going outside their box, but it does have a nice light scent that isn’t overpowering at all. The fine grain is perfect and doesn’t stick to their toes so tracking is minimal and it works with my litter robot perfectly.
